This project involved the refurbishment of an existing fitout of the Ground Floor building to accommodate the Vice Chancellor and support staff for the Australian Catholic University. This included a new reception area, offices, wet areas and meeting rooms. The Vice Chancellery building was a heritage listed property and all finishes were of a high end quality, complete with custom-made timber veneer joinery and brass finishes to suit the heritage image.

Programme was scheduled to allow for university staff and students to be fully operational throughout, including works running through the Christmas shut-down period.
